To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.WHAT YOU WILL DOAdvisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order processAnswering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails)Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce businessContinuous improvement of internal processesClose cooperation with our Payment, Warehouse and Shipping departmentsWHO YOU ARENative verbal and written knowledge of UK English to support our customer, additional languages would be considered a plusFirst experience in the customer care or any other service oriented industryWorking computer skills required (MS-Office)Conscientiousness when dealing with customer-dataFlexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamworkProactive, good organizational skills and time managementWHAT WE OFFERUp to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days (excluding public holidays and weekends)Mobile office / Mobile office abroad (Job and position permitting)Language e-learning coursesStaff discountFlexible remuneration benefits (ticket restaurant, ticket transport and ticket child care (guardería))Discounted membership for selected sports platforms gymsPrivate health insuranceIndividual support on mental health well-beingEmployee Share Purchase PlanWHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
