To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English late shift (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market. Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process. Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails). Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business. Continuous improvement of internal processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer related issues. Training and Working Hours: - The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the positions hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.WHO YOU ARE Have excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plus. Have a first experience in the customer care or any other service-oriented industry. Conscientiousness when dealing with customer-data. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork. Proactive, good organizational skills and time management. Working computer skills required (MS-Office).
