.We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative that will also act as Team Area Manager, reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager Spain. As a Sales Representative, you will have the responsibilities of the hypermarkets and supermarkets in the geographic area that goes approximately from Tarragona to Valencia. As a Team Area Manager, you will lead a small team of 3 to 5 Sales Representatives, defining for them the optimal route to market, pushing for their excellence in the point of sales while improving Perfect Store KPIs and best-in-class commercial execution.More in detail, as Sales Representative, you will be responsible to accelerate the sellout of our products at store level, through the commercial levers of assortment, distribution, share of shelf, secondary placement as well as securing and upgrading all the headquarter agreements.As Area Manager, you will lead, train and coach your team of sales representatives, pushing them towards their best performance, defining their route to market and their objectives together with the Field Sales Manager.What you will doImprove our presence in-store through better assortment, share of shelf, and secondary placement.Ensure that the national agreements negotiated by the KAMs are perfectly executed in-store, and go further whenever it's possible.Help the organization to put in place the new Perfect Store approach, store execution and store scoring.Be a key agent of change in the modernization and professionalization of our field sales team.Foster a winning and growth mindset, always looking for more and better.Work hand in hand with KAMs, Sales development and Perfect Store teams to build a partnership that strengthens the plans working towards shared objectives.Participate in annual customer business plans to identify customer needs and potential business opportunities at local level.Team management: maximizing our field coverage effectively and efficiently, promoting your team engagement and development, coaching them and monitoring their performance.Ensure your team is trained in effective sales skills and understand the features and benefits of our products to consumers, why our product is better than competition and how it fits into the marketplace.What we are looking forBachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.Spanish and English are the main languages.+10 years of experience in field sales, in the FMCG business.Team management experience: the candidate has already led a team of professionals, promoting a high-performance culture.Outstanding experience in Perfect Store, store scoring methodology, excellence in execution.Strong commercial skills, results oriented and problem-solving and with a customer centric mindset.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, being able to persuade the audience (externally and internally) with clear messages and ability to engage.Ability to coach your team on sales skills, sales techniques, negotiations skills
