As Customer Care & Warranty Manager - Electronics for Europe and Africa, you will lead multiple teams and enjoy working directly with our customers.
The purpose of this role is based around three main pillars: Significant Issues & Escalations, Customer Care, and Warranty Costs Management.
You are the right candidate if you are an engineer with some interest or experience in Electronics, possess an MBA or have a Business mindset, and enjoy achieving goals.
You are not the right kind of person for this role if you prefer staying in your comfort zone or wish to focus mainly on report data. This role is key in customer and stakeholder management, where the candidate must be ready to build relationships with customers.
As our next Customer Care & Warranty Manager, you will manage customer complaints regarding warranties and coordinate with our plant teams to achieve quick actions. You will troubleshoot all issues in coordination with the plant and monitor forecasts and budget the Warranty costs.
Requirements:
Engineering studies and Business / MBA background.
At least 3 years of professional experience in contact with OEM customers.
Fluent in English and one other European language.
