Desde Luxe Talent, Consultoría Internacional de Selección y Formación de personal especializada en Moda, Lujo, Retail y FMCG, estamos buscando la figura de Sales Manager Iberia con base en Barcelona para gestionar las cuentas en el territorio Iberia de la categoria Accesories & Bags de uno de nuestros clientes. En nuestra consultoría de selección y formación trabajamos con distintas firmas en los sectores del Lujo, Premium y High Premium alrededor de Europa y tenemos oficinas en Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milán y Munich.
Como Sales Manager Iberia gestionarás las cuentas de los clientes asignados en el territorio de España y Portugal, reportando al International Sales Director.
Job Description: Gestionar un equipo formado por un total de 11 personas en Iberia entre personal interno y agentes externos.Gestionar todo lo relacionado con las ventas para las cuentas o categorías asignadas (sell in and sell out).Asegurar la implementación de tácticas de ventas y marketing, las estrategias de ventas estacionales y el enfoque GTM para todas las categorías. Organizar la implementación de los planes de temporada con enfoque de crecimiento de la cuenta/categoría y la cuota de mercado.Aplicar una estrategia de segmentación y diferenciación dentro de los canales de distribución actuales y futuros para construir la base para un crecimiento sostenible. Apoyar la planificación y previsión financiera de tus cuentas o categorías.Gestión de KPI's. 6+ años de experiencia relevante y progresiva en Sales Management o Key Account Management.Fluidez en inglés, cualquier idioma adicional se valorara positivamente.Enfoque proactivo y de liderar con el ejemplo.Fuerte know-how del mercado y del consumidorDisposición a viajar (hasta el 40%)
