Descripción General: Estamos en búsqueda de un Senior IT Specialist altamente capacitado, con sólidos conocimientos en ITIL y Metodologías Ágiles, para formar parte de nuestro equipo de tecnología. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de procesos ITIL, con un enfoque en la gestión de cambios y la mejora continua de servicios de TI.
