En IMF queremos unir a nuestro equipazo de Marketing un/a Paid Media.
En tu día a día te encargarás de: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de Paid Media con foco especial en SEM que maximicen el retorno de la inversión (ROI).
Identificar y analizar tendencias de mercado y de la competencia para informar decisiones estratégicas.
Planificar y gestionar el presupuesto de SEM para asegurar un uso eficiente de los recursos.
Configurar y gestionar campañas en Google Ads, Bing Ads y otras plataformas relevantes.
Crear y optimizar anuncios de búsqueda, display y video.
Desarrollar junto al resto del equipo y probar landing pages efectivas para mejorar las tasas de conversión.
Gestionar de campañas off line en momentos puntuales.
Monitorizar el rendimiento de las campañas y realizar ajustes para mejorar los KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI).
Realizar análisis de datos detallados para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
Generar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de las campañas y presentar resultados a los equipos directivos.
Colaborar con equipos internos y agencias externas para alinear esfuerzos de marketing.
Gestionar agencias externas ¿Qué ofrecemos?
Contrato indefinido con jornada completa y flexibilidad horaria Jornada intensiva durante el verano 22 días laborables de vacaciones y 6 días adicionales otorgados por política de la empresa Posibilidad de retribución flexible como tarjeta restaurante, guardería, transporte o seguro médico Planes de formación internos y descuentos en formación para ti y tu familia REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en la gestión de campañas de Paid Media con foco especial en SEM.
Experiencia en el sector educativo es altamente deseable.
Dominio de herramientas y plataformas de SEM como Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, y otras herramientas de análisis.
Conocimiento de técnicas de SEO y su impacto en las campañas SEM.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos complejos.
Buena capacidad de comunicación, capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y de gestión de múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
