Desarrollarás y tendrás la propiedad de la calidad de los datos de Compensation & Benefits a través de varias bases de datos.¿Cuáles serán tus retos? Analizar los datos retributivos de la empresa para actividades de benchmarking interno y externo utilizando la información existente e identificando el mercado competitivo.Elaborar y presentar la recopilación de datos de remuneración y beneficios de la empresa para su participación/presentación en los estudios anuales del mercado salarial.Desarrollar y mantener informes y cuadros de mando relacionados con la retribución.Realizar análisis de retribución para los Business Partners de RR.HH.Impulsar la aplicación y comunicación eficaces de los programas y procesos de retribución total, como la revisión anual de la retribución, las campañas cíclicas, los planes de incentivos a corto y largo plazo y los planes de acciones, garantizando que los equipos de RR.HH. estén suficientemente informados y equipados para apoyar a la empresa.Revisar y actualizar las políticas, artículos e información relacionados con la función.About you Para que triunfes en este puesto, debes ser una persona proactiva, orientada a resultados, con gran atención al detalle y precisión.
