Las Funciones Que Realizarás:
Ser un líder en Seguridad y promotor de Avanzando con el Estilo IP.
Recibir pedidos de clientes.
Ingresar los pedidos de los clientes en el sistema ERP de manera oportuna, tanto Fabricación contra pedido como Fabricación contra stock.
Enviar acuse de recibo de pedidos a los clientes según lo predefinido en los datos maestros del Cliente.
Mantener los datos Maestros de Clientes, así como SSP y Lista de Precios de la cartera de clientes asignados.
Responsable del seguimiento de la gestión de pedidos de principio a fin: monitorear las fechas estimadas de envío y realizar un seguimiento con los equipos de Planificación y Logística para lograr entregas a tiempo a los clientes.
Gestionar la comunicación efectiva con los clientes con respecto a actualizaciones como el estado de los pedidos, estimaciones y cotizaciones, cambios y confirmaciones de pedidos, así como cualquier queja o pregunta.
Coordinar créditos de cuenta con el equipo de Crédito.
Comunicar internamente las solicitudes de los clientes y establecer contacto con los diferentes departamentos, tales como: Comercial, Innovación, Logística, Contabilidad o Calidad, etc.
Seguimiento del inventario antiguo asignado a clientes específicos.
Comunicación efectiva con los clientes, estimar e ingresar pedidos y realizar una variedad de actividades adicionales para facilitar excelentes relaciones con los clientes.
Coordina con las operaciones de ventas, fabricación y envío; Trabaja con los equipos de Planificación y Logística para lograr entregas a tiempo a los clientes.
Los Conocimientos y Experiencia Que Aportarás:
ADE o formación académica equivalente.
Experiencia de al menos 3 años en atención al cliente.
Ofimática a nivel usuario.
Experiencia en el entorno corporativo.
Nivel medio de inglés deseable.
