Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist - Enterprise Informatics
Job Description:
Be responsible for identifying and creating growth Healthcare IT (Enterprise Informatics) revenue and market share in Iberia, with focus on Spain. You will proactively work with sales activities towards new and existing customers as well as developing, qualifying and closing profitable Healthcare IT deals.
Your Role:
Providing technical and clinical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations to customers.
Identify new deals well in advance in the assigned territory of Spain. Identify customer's key persons and build relationships.
Identify possible competitors and their strengths and weaknesses.
Establish or maintain relationships with current customers and address their needs to maintain satisfaction at the highest level.
Formulate solutions for customers by combining knowledge on Philips Solutions, expertise on hospital/clinic workflows, and customer needs to build the best winning proposal.
Inform and recommend customers the latest technological innovations developed and their associated configurations, including possible upgrades of the installed base, attending to complaints and inquiries made, to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to sales targets.
Collate customer insights for new product introductions, competitive & market feedback.
Participate in congresses, events, team meetings in Spain & occasionally internationally.
Provide accurate and transparent funnel management as part of daily activity by using Philips Systems.
Provide accurate and transparent forecasts and explanations when required.
Be the knowledge expert on products/solutions, supporting Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing technical IT and workflow expertise on Enterprise Informatics Solutions across accounts.
Support Account Managers and District Managers in achieving business goals.
Provide the best solution configuration according to customer needs and following business policy, pricing strategy, etc.
Monitor competition and changes in the industry and provide effective feedback to sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
You're the Right Fit If You Have:
Previous experience in healthcare IT Sales/Business Development (successful sales experience with emphasis on software and services sales or within healthcare).
Previous healthcare experience within radiology workflow, cardiology, or hospital IT department is seen as a big advantage.
Good communication skills at different levels of customer organization or roles.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, being perceived as the trusted consultant on Healthcare IT.
University degree. Engineering or IT preferred.
A desire to continuously learn and follow industry developments.
High level of business understanding and strong ability to understand the market and use that knowledge to professionally consult customers in all aspects and propose adequate product solutions.
Strong time management and organizational skills to achieve company goals and ensure focus on value-added sales activities.
Strong team player with the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
