Develop MG market opportunities into sales for MG in targeted markets in Spain (according to strategic plan of the company)Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the roleAccording to strategic plan of the company, team up with Sales Director/country manager to enhance awareness for the MG brand in targeted marketsPrepare the plan following standards in agreement with brand and sales and ensure the adherence to the approved planDaily network managementGuide and coordinate with distributors to ensure compliance with SME network planConduct extensive interviews with potential candidates to access their suitability for distributorAchieve new distributor recruitment targetsDevelop and implement a dealer sales and management training strategy as well as dealer business management solutionsExperience & Educational background & ExpertiseHas a relevant network in Spanish market to distributor networks and sales partnersHave a strong background in automotive productsBeing a sales-oriented person with understanding of multiple customer group perceptionsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in dealer network developmentStrong negotiation and communication skillSkilled in using basic computer applications (MS Office)Proficient English on a business professional level and understand multiple languages and culturesMust be able to work independently: self-starterStrong focus on building fast - be creative with restricted budgets and high performanceHigh level of flexibility in time, location and multiple solutions.
