Hoy estamos buscando un(a) Head of Sales para unirse a nuestro equipo en Espaa para que nos acompaa aliderar y dirigir el equipo de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de Betterfly en el mercado europeo.
Que tareas esperamos de ti Desarrollar estrategias de ventas efectivas para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio. Supervisar motivar y guiar alequipo de Sales estableciendo objetivos claros y medibles para el equipo y garantizar su cumplimiento. Proporcionar orientacin y apoyo continuo para el desarrollo profesional del equipo. Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar campaas de generacin de leads efectivas. Identificar oportunidades de mercado y tendencias para mejorar las estrategias de ventas. Realizar anlisis competitivos para mantenerse al tanto de la industria y ajustar las tcticas en consecuencia. Establecer y mantener relaciones slidas con clientes clave. Colaborar con el equipo de CS para garantizar la satisfaccin y retencin del cliente. Resolver cualquier problema o conflicto de manera efectiva y rpida para mantener la confianza del cliente. Seguimiento y anlisis de mtricas clave de ventas. Preparacin de informes regulares para la alta direccin sobre el rendimiento de ventas y las tendencias del mercado. Utilizar datos para identificar reas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento. Que buscamos en ti Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B preferiblemente en el sector de SaaS. Experiencia liderando equipos como Manager o Sales leader (Excluyente) Historial exitoso de liderazgo de equipos de ventas. Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin y capacidad para negociar. Orientacin a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rpido. Excelentes habilidades analticas y capacidad para utilizar datos para informar decisiones. Licenciatura en Administracin de Empresas Marketing o campo relacionado (se valora una maestra).
