Serás líder del proceso, desde el acuerdo comercial a la implantación final, coordinando a todos los profesionales necesarios para lograr el objetivo.
Gestionarás una cartera de clientes diseñando la estrategia comercial para el desarrollo de negocio y elaborando una propuesta personalizada, manejando datos técnicos y presupuestarios.

Tus responsabilidades como Key Account Manager, serán:Identificación, negociación y seguimiento de oportunidades de venta.
Control y gestión de la cartera de Grandes Clientes asignada.
Orientación al cumplimiento de los objetivos de las cuentas asignadas, efectuando seguimiento de resultados, evolución de la cuenta y proponer medidas correctoras ante desviaciones persiguiendo la consecución de los objetivos.Realizar visitas comerciales y presentaciones de la compañía y los servicios a las cuentas asignadas, según las directrices marcadas, con el fin desarrollar negocio y generar valor en la cartera de clientes.Elaborar y/o ejecutar informes y acciones administrativas necesarias (reportes, previsiones, informe de planificación de la actividad comercial, etc.)
para el correcto seguimiento y gestión de la cartera de clientes asignada.Proponer acciones de mejora en la fidelización de su cartera de empresas, con el objeto de mejorar el "Arpu" y el "Churn" en los clientes.Representación de la Compañía en foros para empresas del sector.¿Qué necesitamos?Formación en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Industrial o Informática, preferiblementeNo se descartan perfiles con otras Licenciaturas siempre que dispongan de experiencia en venta de soluciones técnicas y conocimientos sólidos del sector TICSe valorará más de 5 años de experiencia en Venta Directa gestionando Grandes Cuentas en el sector TIC (venta de soluciones avanzadas, aplicaciones, cloud, proyectos con partners e integradores), con conocimiento del tejido empresarial de la zona bajo su responsabilidad.
Se valorará más de 3 años de experiencia en Partnership gestionando entornos colaborativos dentro del sector TIC.
Se valorarán amplios conocimientos de los productos y servicios TI (IoT, Cloud, Puesto de Trabajo Digital, Ciberseguridad, Negocios Digitales, ...)Conocimiento del mercado de las Telecomunicaciones y la competencia.Conocimiento tejido empresarial de Región Noreste.Habilidades de relación con el cliente, técnicas de negociación y venta consultiva.Conocimiento de las áreas de la empresa y su competencia y responsabilidades.
Conocer el mercado competitivo, verticalización del negocio y elaborar una red de confianza en Vodafone y sus partners de cara a maximizar el valor de las ofertas de los clientes.Buen nivel de Inglés.
