Join us.Tik Tok's Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across Europe. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage client relationships within scale upsDrive deals to closureRetain and grow revenue from advertisersProvide clients with the highest level of sales and customer serviceCollaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and salesQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Experience working with brands in Spain.Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plusStrong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales teamDemonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goalsPreferred Qualifications:Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendationsExcellent verbal and written English and Spanish language skillsSelf-starter, fast learner with a start-up spiritTik Tok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
