.New Business Development Executive, Amazon Shipping DESCRIPTIONThis is a very exciting opportunity to join a new team in the Amazon Shipping business. We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed individual to join the Business Development team in Spain. You will join the team selling Amazon Shipping services and will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of the largest companies in Spain, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies and closing sales, as well as collecting market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight the Amazon customers.You are the ideal candidate if:You are excited about contributing to launching and developing a new businessYou are passionate about collaborating with different teams: Marketing, Customer Programs, Operations, Legal, etc.You have a proven track record in sales, executing to meet or exceed these goalsYou excel at establishing top-level relationships with customers, assessing their needs, and finding the best solutions for themYou are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly ambiguous environmentYou have experience in developing trustful relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including key accounts and teams across Operations, Procurement, Finance, LegalYou can easily shift between strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves to execute, in order to deliver resultsKey job responsibilitiesLeadership: be part of the organization's leadership team and help implement the overall strategy and directionCustomer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong top-level relationships with potential future strategic customersCross-functional collaboration: work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of customersDive deep: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the team to address themBusiness development: Bring new customers to Amazon, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure good conversion rate, and do it with profitability in mind.This role will be based in Madrid (4 Towers district, not Getafe) and with moderate travel within Spain (max. 15-20%)BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience in business development, sales, and account managementDemonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentStrong ownership and deliver resultsExcellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadershipAbility to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goalsProfessional in Spanish and EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBAExperience in the B2C logistics industryExpert use of MS Office Suite, CRM (e.G., Salesforce
