Por eso, queremos que participes en la atracción de talento, formación, desarrollo, comunicación o gestión de personas.¿Te unes a nosotros?Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a DATA PROJECT MANAGER para su incorporación dentro de la Dirección de Tecnología y su Oficina del Dato.El/la profesional trabajará en los proyectos DATA desarrollados por Leroy Merlin. Este rol es clave para garantizar la entrega exitosa de soluciones de datos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y estándares de calidad.Principales funciones Fomentar la aplicación de la estrategia Data. Garantizar la entrega de proyectos dentro de los tiempos y costes establecidos. Seguimiento del presupuesto y dominio funcional del proyecto. Gestión de la calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares y requerimientos en los entregables. Gestión de cambios en el alcance, planificación o costes del proyecto y comunicación de su impacto a los stakeholders. Gestión funcional del equipo multidisciplinar encargado del desarrollo del proyecto. Coordinar con los arquitectos y el equipo de desarrollo la creación del modelo de solución de alto nivel para los proyectos asignados. Control de toda la documentación relativa al proyecto y gestión de versiones. Identificar y minimizar los riesgos durante el desarrollo del proyecto. Aplicar y mantener las mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos. Contacto con equipos de proveedores externos para gestión del proyecto. Informar a la dirección sobre el estado de los proyectos. Requisitos Titulación universitaria. Al menos 4 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de datos. Conocimientos técnicos avanzados en integración y soluciones Cloud (Google). Experiencia en el entorno Google Workspace G-Suite. Conocimientos en herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Looker, Qlik…). Uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Confluence). Conocimientos de SQL.
