Construction Project Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Zaragoza, Spain. As a key member of our Data Center Construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our data centers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our construction partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to ensure that construction projects are aligned with our business objectives and meet the required quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the construction process, including site preparation, construction, and commissioning.
- Ensure that all construction projects are delivered in accordance with our safety and quality policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with our operations and maintenance teams to ensure that data centers are delivered in a condition that meets our operational requirements.
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the data center industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
- Ability to travel to construction sites and other locations as required.
