About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of data centers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent engineering science.
  • 4+ years of related construction management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
