Job Description:Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager, this Key Account Manager will be responsible for maximizing BeOne's products in the served territory.
The Key Account Manager will implement the marketing strategy in the area and achieve defined sales and access targets within an agreed expense budget.
- Develop territory-specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with other functions.
- Support and advise key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open-minded, and honest manner.
- Build a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the oncology market in the served area, as a key scientific and health care partner.
- Establish agreements that facilitate patient accessibility to BeOne drugs with Hospital Pharmacy.
- Develop long-lasting relationships based on value addition to key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Responsibility for regional sales and access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM, coordinated with the market access department.
- Implement commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key customers.
- Organize and execute local symposia and workshops with key customers.
- Gather insights and analyze information to identify strategic opportunities at the account level.
- Participate and provide customer care in local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
- Maintain high standards of patient-focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Life science degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of qualified work experience as a commercial representative in the heme-oncology market.
- Scientific education and experience in similar positions.
- Specific knowledge in oncology.
- Strong identification with BeOne's values and loyalty to the company.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
- Innovative thinking.
- Implementation skills.
- Marketing-oriented thinking.
- Excellent contacts with opinion leaders in relevant indications.
- Knowledge of distribution structures and channels.
- High social competence and teamwork capacity.
- High motivation, solution orientation, and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English and country language; any other major European language is an advantage.
- University undergraduate degree in science or business preferred; higher qualifications (MD, PhD, MBA) advantageous.
Approximately 60% of time.
