Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in a served territory under the direction of the Regional Field Manager (RFM).
You will implement the marketing strategy in the area and achieve defined sales and access targets within an agreed expense budget.
You will develop territory-specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with other functions.
You will support and advise key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open-minded, and honest manner.
Key Responsibilities
Establish BeiGene as a key scientific and healthcare partner in the oncology market in the served area.
Develop long-lasting relationships based on value addition to key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
Responsibility for regional sales and access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM.
Development, implementation, and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key customers.
Organization and execution of local symposia and workshops with key customers.
Gathering insights and analyzing available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level.
Participation and customer care in local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
Maintain the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
Ensure compliance with all activities according to BeiGene's Standards of Conduct and applicable local laws and regulations.
Requirements
Life science degree or equivalent professional experience.
Several years of qualified work experience as a commercial representative in the heme-oncology market.
Scientific education and experiences in similar positions.
Specific knowledge in oncology.
Strong identification with BeiGene's values and loyalty to the company.
Willingness to learn and continuously develop (training and coaching).
Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
Innovative, creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
Making things happen, with the right level of implementation skills.
Marketing and commercial-oriented thinking and working.
Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in relevant indications.
Knowledge of distribution structures and channels of drugs.
High social competence and capacity for teamwork.
Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and positive attitude.
Willingness to travel.
Valid driver's license.
Other Requirements
Fluency in verbal and written English and the country language; any other major European language of advance.
Travel
Approximately 60% of time.
