BFC is dedicated to serving the food industry through our adherence to robust and highest standards of Manufacturing Services & Marketing of specialty ingredients, nutritional premixes, flavor compounds, spice, and seasoning blends intended for different food applications. Our dedicated staff has more than 40 years of combined experience in production, quality assurance, research and development, including sales and marketing. Our HALAL certified plant allows us to serve a wide range of markets, both local and international.

Likewise, in 2008, Blaine solidified its business of providing raw materials to the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, personal, and home care industries through the creation of BLAINE PERSONAL AND HOME CARE CORP. Job Description This position is co-responsible and accountable for the technical requirement/services for Animal Nutrition (AN) products to help achieve the sales target of the Company.

Job Scope: Technical requirement of Animal Nutrition products Technical training of Sales & Marketing employees on animal nutrition and products Technical service and troubleshooting assistance to customers on Animal Nutrition Technical support on R&D of AN new product development or product improvement Duties & Responsibilities: Develops and maintains relationships with end users/customers through technical nutrition services such as farm audit, training of farm/feed mill personnel, feed/premix formulation, etc. Handles troubleshooting of product-related complaints from customers. Assists in evaluating feedback on field performance of AN products and provides regular reports to Superior. Conducts farm/university trials to establish/validate the efficacy of AN products, analyzes, interprets results, and provides technical write-up. Conducts product presentations on AN products and participates in other demand-creation activities that will support the achievement of sales targets. Helps in preparing the Animal Nutrition Training Plan and conducts training of the Sales Team on animal nutrition, AN products, and sales tools (i.e., mycotoxin analyzer, NIR machine). Helps in formulating the Animal Nutrition Technical Plan indicating activities and strategies to strengthen the image as a reliable technical service provider to target customers. Helps in developing and maintaining business relationships with Nutritionists, Consultants, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the academe and industry. Provides technical assistance to the R&D Department for AN new product development/improvement. Represents the company in professional organizations, industry associations, and trade events. Qualifications Education: B.S. Agriculture major in Animal Science/Nutrition

Years of Related Work Experience: At least five (5) years of work experience in the animal health/nutrition feed industry.

Job Skills/Competencies Required: Must know how to drive Technical expertise in animal nutrition and feed formulation Must have a high level drive for achievement and good leadership skills Must be responsible, honest, proactive, resourceful, and adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision. Must have no travel limitations.
