PERFIL DEL PUESTO: El Responsable de delegación se encargará del crecimiento del negocio existente y del fomento de nuevos negocios entre los clientes nacionales y regionales dentro del mercado de postventa de distribución mayorista en los canales de turismo y vehículo industrial. Reportará jerárquica y funcionalmente al director comercial de Hella S.A. FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES: Desarrollar y ejecutar las políticas comerciales de la Compañía. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias específicas para cada cliente. Definir objetivos específicos del cliente e impulsar la estrategia de consecución del presupuesto de la Compañía. Colaborar estrechamente con las diferentes jefaturas de producto implementando las diferentes estrategias definidas para cada familia de productos. Puesta en marcha, ejecución y seguimiento de las diferentes campañas y acciones del Departamento de Marketing. Búsqueda activa de nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Representar a Hella en todos los eventos de clientes, como ferias comerciales u otros actos similares. Elaboración de informes asociados a la función (visitas de clientes, informes semanales, etc.). REQUERIMIENTOS: Formación comercial. Experiencia demostrable en el mercado de la postventa (más de cinco años). Manejo de herramientas MS-Office. Disponibilidad para viajar. Se valorará el conocimiento del inglés hablado y escrito. Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y orientado a objetivos. FORVIA HELLA representa la variedad de todos los empleados.
