Su principal misión será establecer y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con profesionales sanitarios en centros de salud y hospitales dentro del territorio designado, detectando las necesidades de los clientes y aportándoles soluciones integrales de alto valor añadido.
Responsabilidades
Romper barreras para mejorar el bienestar de las personas con incontinencia, entendiendo primeramente las necesidades de las mismas.

Demostrar un amplio conocimiento del funcionamiento del sistema sanitario y preferiblemente en el modelo de atención a personas con patologías crónicas como incontinencia.

Identificar de manera efectiva los decisores en el ámbito de atención primaria involucrados en la patología.

Realizar un análisis detallado de ventas, sistema de salud, necesidades de pacientes y profesionales sanitarios para construir e implementar la estrategia y plan de acción en el territorio asignado, garantizando la satisfacción de los diferentes actores involucrados.

Asegurar visitas de alta calidad con una comunicación efectiva del valor añadido de productos y soluciones que den respuesta a las necesidades y oportunidades identificadas previamente.

Impartir formación a los profesionales sanitarios en las patologías y cuidados de las mismas.

Activar el uso de productos de Medical adjudicados en el concurso de referencia en el ámbito de atención primaria, y en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Hospitales.

Monitorizar tendencias de mercado y del sistema de salud a fin de detectar oportunidades, para posteriormente ser evaluadas y puestas en práctica en caso de aportar valor añadido.

Mantener actualizada la base de datos de contactos, y actividades realizadas.

Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para ofrecer soluciones integrales a los clientes.

Requisitos
Experiencia previa como delegado/a de visita médica y enfermera.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de establecer relaciones profesionales sólidas.

Capacidad de analizar ventas y crear estrategias y seguimientos basados en datos.

Orientación a resultados.

Carrera universitaria, preferiblemente en el ámbito de la salud.
