Tus principales funciones serán:
Sales Force Effectiveness: Reporting actividad comercial. Extracción datos de actividad, informes ad hoc.
Realizar seguimiento de la fuerza de ventas para generar valiosos insights y contribuir al éxito comercial.
Brindar soporte para mejorar la calidad de la información en el CRM, actuando como punto de contacto con delegados y gerentes para garantizar la conformidad, resolver incidencias y ofrecer formaciones.
Encargarse del mantenimiento de usuarios y desarrollos en el CRM para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento y evolución.
Queries en el CRM.
Llevar a cabo la gestión manual de datos, incluyendo el mapeo de clientes mediante codificación para su inserción en el CRM y seguimiento del plan multicanal.
Brindar soporte crucial en el proceso de segmentación y targeting de HCPs y Hospitales, contribuyendo a su implementación y generación de insights estratégicos.
Encargarse de las altas y pagos a los médicos de manera eficiente y precisa.
Brindar respaldo en el proceso de envío de muestras y registro en el CRM para garantizar su correcta ejecución y seguimiento.
About you
Para que triunfes en este puesto, creemos que es positivo disponer de:
Formación : Ingeniería, ADE, Economía o similar.
Experiencia : Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
IT Skills : Salesforce y Excel, PowerBI valorable.
Soft skills : Capacidad analítica, resolución de problemas, atención al detalle, precisión en el trabajo y orientación a resultados.
Idiomas : Inglés fluido.
