Driven by You.About YouAs the Executive Assistant Iberia in the International Family Care & Professional organization, you will provide administrative and organizational support to the Senior Director KCP EMEA, to the Country Manager Iberia and to the Senior HR Director EMEA, to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency in daily activities, making quick decisions and resolving operational problems with discretion and confidentiality. You will report to the Senior Director KCP EMEA.Location: We can offer a hybrid model (3 days remote / 2 days per week at Madrid Office) for candidates already based in the Madrid Area.YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Agenda Management: Coordinate and manage the executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal use of time.Prioritize commitments according to their importance and urgency.Meeting Preparation and Organization: Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics preparation, agenda distribution, note-taking and minutes preparation.Ensure the correct availability of rooms and necessary equipment.Information and Documentation Management: Filter and manage correspondence, emails and phone calls, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.Prepare, review and archive documents, reports and presentations requested by the executives.Internal and External Communication: Be the point of contact between the executives and other departments or third parties.Handle communication with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.Administrative Support Tasks: Manage corporate travel: flight reservations, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary creation.Make purchases, requests for materials, and coordination of special events
