.**_¿Te gusta el fútbol y el emprendimiento? ¿Quieres convertirte en el principal responsable de que KOP se convierta en una exitosa realidad?- ****¿Qué ofrecemos?**:Creemos que hay una mejor forma de ver el fútbol en los bares, y que verlo de lado en una pantalla pequeña sin comentaristas es algo muy del siglo pasado.Por eso, estamos creando estadios dentro de los bares, colocando gradas y un sistema multimedia de calidad premium para que ver el fútbol en los bares sea mejor todavía que ir al estadio. Verás el partido rodeado de gente futbolera, con un ambiente único, al lado de casa y con la mejor comida y bebida de nuestros bares. Ahora mismo tenemos 2 gradas en 2 bares, uno en Cuatro Caminos y otro en Pozuelo,pero vienen muchos más de aquí a final de año.Trabajarás en una startup en constante movimiento, aprendiendo cada día cómo se empieza a montar una empresa y viendo cómo crece a un ritmo vertiginoso.**Funciones principales**:**Desarrollo Comercial**- Desarrollar la estrategia de captación de nuevos bares- Acompañar a los prospects a lo largo de todo el customer journey hasta el cierre del acuerdo comercial con ellos, con especial énfasis en visitas presenciales para presentar el servicio completo tanto en el bar como en nuestro showroom- Seguimiento comercial de los prospects que hayan mostrado interés, estando disponible en todo aquello que puedan necesitar para la incorporación del servicio: montaje, puesta en marcha, operativa del día a día, etc- Contratar, formar y gestionar equipos de comerciales que hagan un primer estudio de mercado de los bares en diferentes ciudades de España- Ser el principal contacto de gestión operativa para el cliente:ser responsable de impulsar y garantizar que se mantengan los canales de comunicación adecuados y que las expectativas clave del cliente se cumplan- Desarrollar planes de mejora específicos en en la experiência y relación con los bares: nuevas funcionalidades de la plataforma de bares, nuevas formas de mantener la relación comercial con ellos, etc- Recabar insights importantes de los bares para mejorar la propuesta de valor y la app- Atender a las necesidades legales y de normativa que puedan surgir en el bar por la instalación de la solución**Qué buscamos**:Eres la persona ideal para este puesto si:- Disfrutas estando en la calle y en contacto con personas más que delante de un ordenador- Tienes 3 años de experiência trabajando en una startup o en puestos con responsabilidades similares tanto en el ámbito de operaciones como de desarrollo de negocio- Te gusta el fútbol
