In fact, about 80% of our managers and leaders have been promoted from within That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demandsLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersEscalate potential service issues initially with MentorFollow all the processes and procedures of the projectEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedYour QualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and Portuguese, and advanced level of EnglishHave good disposition to work in a customer service environmentHave customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needsCan take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls as necessaryIt will be a plus if you have:- Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configurationIf you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
