Our strategy has created a differentiated model in the payments landscape. The Fraud & Claims department is fueled by a passion for continuous improvement and problem solving. As a Fraud Analyst, you will review transactional data and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks, to ensure a safe and stable payment network for all PayRetailers Merchants and their respective customers.The working hours are from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, Monday to Friday.Job Duties And Responsibilities Review and remediate fraud alerts.Analyse user documentation to verify consistency with their transactional behaviour.Monitor fraud rates and take necessary actions to keep them within acceptable thresholds.Proactively suggest system improvements to prevent fraudulent transactions and optimize existing fraud management processes.Analyze fraud patterns and suggest new fraud detection rules.Provide support and advice to Merchants and other internal departments on fraud related matters.Experience And Qualifications Good understanding of fraud metrics and patterns.Advanced level of Excel.Familiarity with customer support systems and practices.Proactivity and attention to detail.Ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information.Proficiency in English and Spanish are a must (at least B2 level).What We Offer Competitive salaryOpportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidaysPrivate health insurance.Free catering in the office.At least one day of home office per weekFree language classes.Individual development plans.Excellent work environment and good collaboration.Free coffee/tea, fruits and snacks from the company.Possibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partnerQuarterly Team buildings.#J-18808-Ljbffr
