- Fraud Pattern Analysis: Analyze user documentation and transactional behavior to verify consistency and identify areas for improvement.
- Fraud Rate Monitoring: Monitor fraud rates and take necessary actions to keep them within acceptable thresholds.
- Process Improvement: Proactively suggest system improvements to prevent fraudulent transactions and optimize existing fraud management processes.
- Fraud Detection and Prevention: Analyze fraud patterns and suggest new fraud detection rules to enhance our payment network's security.
- Customer Support: Provide support and advice to merchants and other internal departments on fraud-related matters.
- Fraud Metrics and Patterns: Good understanding of fraud metrics and patterns.
- Technical Skills: Advanced level of Excel and proficiency in customer support systems and practices.
- Soft Skills: Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish (at least B2 level).
