About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Analyst to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a Fraud Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our payment network and protecting our merchants and their customers from potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transaction Review and Remediation: Conduct thorough reviews of transactional data to identify potential fraud patterns and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
  2. Fraud Pattern Analysis: Analyze user documentation and transactional behavior to verify consistency and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Fraud Rate Monitoring: Monitor fraud rates and take necessary actions to keep them within acceptable thresholds.
  4. Process Improvement: Proactively suggest system improvements to prevent fraudulent transactions and optimize existing fraud management processes.
  5. Fraud Detection and Prevention: Analyze fraud patterns and suggest new fraud detection rules to enhance our payment network's security.
  6. Customer Support: Provide support and advice to merchants and other internal departments on fraud-related matters.
Requirements
  1. Fraud Metrics and Patterns: Good understanding of fraud metrics and patterns.
  2. Technical Skills: Advanced level of Excel and proficiency in customer support systems and practices.
  3. Soft Skills: Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information.
  4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish (at least B2 level).
