About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Analyst to join our growing KYC team in Madrid. As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing confidential information provided by merchants and contributing to the team's high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with merchants and be the first point of contact for onboarding-related matters.
  • Perform KYC checks on sub-merchants, collect and verify relevant documentation, and iterate on the process flow.
  • Act as an internal product advocate, track product processes, and contribute to the platform by feeding back feedback and issues from merchants.
  • Provide internal advisory services for onboarding-related questions in the local office.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work.
  • Natural curiosity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and team spirit skills.
  • Analytical and critical mindset.
  • Achievement from solving operational problems and helping others.
  • Interest in Onboarding/KYC/CDD and operational processes, with experience in KYC/CDD a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to work rotating weekend shifts, including bank holidays.
