About the Role

We are a leading company in the online entertainment industry, and we're looking for a highly skilled Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a Fraud Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers and businesses from fraud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze customer behavior to identify fraudulent patterns and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies to reduce exposure to new trends.
  • Produce regular fraud reports for the wider business, including leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our fraud prevention infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the fraud space.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with complex data structures.
  • 2+ years of experience in fraud prevention and decisioning systems in an e-commerce environment.
  • Good Python skills with OOP knowledge.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of statistical analysis, specifically around A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Desirable: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in a relevant field.
  • Desirable: Understanding of git version control.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of data science topics, including machine learning.
