We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Engineering and Analytics organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product management, UX, and engineering to provide insights and recommendations throughout the product development lifecycle.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and driving value for our customers by navigating customer engagement, business, and transactional data through the use of multiple dashboards, data sources, and analytical techniques.

You will act as a data and insights consultant throughout the product development lifecycle, providing guidance on product discovery, solution design, and experimentation. Additionally, you will mentor and coach product teams in reporting and monitoring of their metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying areas of opportunity and driving value for our customers
  • Navigating customer engagement, business, and transactional data
  • Providing data and insights consulting throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Mentoring and coaching product teams in reporting and monitoring of their metrics

We are looking for a driven Senior Analyst who has a consulting attitude, striving to both bolster the evidence used in product team decision-making and proactively identify high-value events and interactions within Vista's product.

You are technical but at the same time can convey the business meaning behind a sophisticated set of metrics and provide concrete recommendations.
