About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Reporting and Analytics team within Group Investment Management. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business users across different countries to translate analytical and reporting needs into functional requirements and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop analytical, regulatory, and operational reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- Analyze reporting & analytics business requirements and translate into functional and technical solution specifications.
- Lead and support initiatives and projects related to new or existing business intelligence solutions.
- Perform impact analysis of application holding an end-to-end view of the system.
- Continuously improve existing reporting processes, services, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and data quality.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a business analyst, specifically in the field of business intelligence.
- Advanced skills for data analytics and data modeling with reporting front-end tools (MS Power BI or similar).
- Experience with cloud solutions (Databricks, Azure, AWS or similar).
- Strong coding skills (preferably SQL, Python, Spark).
- Nice to have SAP BW technical knowledge.
- Experience with data engineering and analysis.
- Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies).
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Good self-management skills and stress resilience.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail.
