En Prodware no sólo hablamos de dar un paso hacia el futuro, Lo hacemos realidad Como parte de nuestro crecimiento a nivel global y en España, estamos buscando un / a HR Business Partner para incorporarse al equipo de Human Capital Management de España. #LI-LP1 Responsabilidades Poner en marcha en las áreas de negocio las acciones definidas en nuestra estrategia de formación y desarrollo de talento : Plan de Carreras, Plan de Formación, Appraisal, Onboarding, Programas de Identificación de Potencial, Programas de Desarrollo de Liderazgo, Programas de Juniors, etc. Desempeñar un rol de advisor con los managers de las áreas de negocio, para detectar y anticiparse a sus necesidades de forma proactiva, ofrecer soluciones que den respuesta a sus necesidades de formación y desarrollo de talento, y acompañarles en su puesta en marcha. Colaborar estrechamente con el resto de áreas del equipo de Human Capital Management (Training & Talent Development, Talent Attraction, HR Operations y Culture & Engagement), para aportar soluciones integrales a las necesidades de las áreas de negocio. Interactuar con el equipo de Human Capital Management Corporate para poner en marcha en España las acciones de formación y desarrollo de talento definidas a nivel global. Requisitos 3-5 años de experiencia como HRBP, preferiblemente en IT y consultoría. Mentalidad de advisor con los managers de las áreas de negocio. Experiencia en gestión de planes de formación y desarrollo de talento, y en el diseño de experiencias de empleado. Iniciativa para anticiparse a las necesidades de las áreas de negocio. Orientación a resultados para conseguir los objetivos definidos en calidad y plazos. Habilidades de comunicación de impacto con los managers de las áreas de negocio.
