That's who we areWhat you will do As a Partnership Manager, you'll be part of the Partnership Team and will report directly to the Head of Partnerships.
Your primary responsibility will be maintaining and building strong partnerships with our partners around the world and giving them adequate and timely responses to their inquiries and demands, active account management, optimization, and retention of key accounts.You will be involved in making sure our partners are optimally connected to our instantly delivered mobile ticketing solutions.Responsibilities Support existing B2B partners around the worldHelp to build and roll out a strategy to manage affiliate and marketing partners in the best way possibleSuccessfully onboard contracted partnersIdentify potential partners to optimize and manage high-volume and strategic partnersDevelop strategies, execute partner success plans, and report on key metrics to ensure retentionProvide commercial advice on performance optimizationRecommend process and implementation improvementsNegotiate and review commercial agreements with partnersExceed sales and revenue targets by effectively managing quarterly goalsRequirements Scale-up mindsetLiving in Barcelona3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (marketing partnerships) with a proven track recordExperience in working effectively with external partnersStrong focus on results and achieving targetsExperienced in a day-to-day trading environment with fast-paced decision-making and actionsDetail-oriented, analytical thinking for effective decision-makingExperienced in negotiating conditions, rates, and partnershipsLogical decision-maker based on dataYou can work independently and have a great sense of responsibilityExperience in the Travel Industry is a plusFluent in English
