UNITH is a leader in transforming customer journeys through cutting-edge conversational AI. We specialize in crafting lifelike digital humans using synthetic facial movement, voice engineering, and conversational design. With Digital Humans available in over 60 languages and over 600 voices, we are revolutionizing the conversational AI industry.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated **Partnership Manager** **US** to join our expanding team at UNITH. As the Partnership Manager for the US market, you will play a vital role in driving strategic partnerships and managing key accounts in the region. Your primary objective will be to identify and establish partnerships with organizations that can leverage our AI-powered "Digital Humans'' technology to enhance their products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for the US market, aligned with UNITH's business goals and objectives.
- Identify and engage potential partners, including technology companies, digital agencies, and industry-specific organizations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for UNITH.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive successful partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and track partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Represent UNITH at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and forge new partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in partnership management or business development roles, preferably within the technology or AI industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the US market, with a track record of successful partnership development and management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and align them with business objectives.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
