The Role & What You Will Be Doing The Veeva CRM Manager is a key role within the Global IT Commercial Development team, serving as the technical expert for the CRM systems. The role manages the technology solutions that support our Sales Force Automation (SFA), including but not limited to Salesforce and Veeva. The role will also manage digital channels in SFA like Remote Engagement, Rep Triggered Email, and integration with Omnichannel platforms. The candidate must be technically sound in Salesforce and Veeva CRM. Responsibilities of this role include overseeing technical solutioning, working with team to improve functionality challenges, engaging with third party vendors to understand development and code changes, reviewing business processes, and offering technical solutions to solve problems in CRM. Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Veeva CRM Manager role will make an impact: Play the lead technical role for Veeva CRM by reviewing business requirements, proposing solutions to the development teams, have hands on keyboard for any technical Proof of Concept, perform technical UAT and driving technical conversations to streamline our global CRM landscape Works with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery and getting the most value from the platform. Responsible for the design and documentation associated. As an IT liaison to the business, this position acts as an internal consultant with the goal of improving processes and identifying opportunities for innovation through building and maintaining relationships with functional leaders
