Als Customer Lifecycle Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verkoopproces van het bedrijf, van de eerste kennismaking tot de uiteindelijke aankoop. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en de strategische spil die zorgt voor langdurige en succesvolle klantrelaties.
Je werkt met een breed scala aan kleine en middelgrote bedrijven en weet precies hoe je hun behoeften door middel van (Microsoft) cloud technologieën kunt vervullen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke interactie met de klant een wereldklasse ervaring is Het doel? Klanttevredenheid en -winst maximaliseren door slimme verkoopkansen te benutten.
Je overtreft de doelen voor nieuwe inkomsten en verkoop. Door gebruik te maken van sociale media, digitale tools, video, chat, en telefoon bereik en beheer je klanten op de meest efficiënte manier. En vergeet niet, jouw feedback is belangrijk; je bent de stem van de klant binnen het bedrijf.
Wat is vereist? Vloeiend Nederlands of Vlaams (in woord en geschrift).Vloeiend Engels kunnen spreken en schrijven.Minimaal 2 jaar verkoopervaring, minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in de IT-sector, en minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in accountmanagement of klantbeheer.Je kunt zelfstandig werken, bent communicatief vaardig, en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.Je bent goed met deadlines en streeft altijd naar de beste kwaliteit.Ervaring met Salesforce (CRM) en Microsoft Office.Je bent minimaal 12 maanden beschikbaar.Je bent minimaal 18 jaar of ouder.Meld je aanKlik op de rode sollicitatie knop om je aan te melden en vul het formulier in. De Recruiter van de klant zal een telefonisch interview met je inplannenTijdens dit gesprek met een Recruiter, worden jouw motivatie en vaardigheden bekeken en besproken. Zorg er dus voor dat jij op je best bent en gemotiveerd overkomt
Schriftelijke TestDe Recruiter zal een schriftelijke test naar je doorsturen, deze duurt ongeveer 15 minuten.
