About This Team The EMEA People & Culture team's purpose is to empower people managers, elevate the employee experience, and build on our foundations to support the organization to grow.

A Day in the Life: What You'll Do Partner with Leaders across all our European countries to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional, and innovative people support.
Act as the expert delivering coaching in talent and performance management, employee relations, and change management.
Influence and inspire Leaders by championing the company's core values.
Partnership with Regional Managers to truly understand business & talent needs.
Lead the implementation of core HR cyclical activities, delivering training and partnering with managers on follow-through actions.
Management of works councils, unions, and employee representatives, facilitating changes to CBA.
Independently guide managers through Employee Relations cases and determine approaches/minding of precedents.
Lead implementation of EMEA initiatives relating to engagement and retention, as defined by the HR managers.
Provide coaching and advice to managers on complex people matters (e.g., performance, absence, conduct).
Support HR managers with organizational design and change management projects.
Hold the business accountable for upholding culture and behaviors.
Create & simplify policies and support application by the business (e.g., through coaching).
Make recommendations on compensation offers.
Compile and analyze people data metrics and provide recommendations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience 5 – 8 years' HR experience.
Ideally some experience as senior advisor/business partner.
Understanding of employment legislation for European countries; Spain essential, other countries and Italy would be beneficial.
Negotiating and dealing with elected employee representatives, Spanish unions, and CBAs.
Fluent Spanish and English speaker.
Experience leading Employee Relations cases in Spain; other countries would be beneficial.
Must Haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility.
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.

Role Classification Your role is classified as a remote worker.
In-person collaboration is important; store visits and attendance at the Store Support Centre (SSC) in London will be required from time to time, however, much of the role can be performed remotely.
