We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESThe SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is at the center of SAP's strategy and we're looking to bolster our team with passionate people knowledgeable in BTP with a focus on Data to Value to expand our coverage both geographically and in scope. We offer a hyper collaborative team that is focused on helping our customers get started with their BTP solutions.This agile team of experienced BTP professionals approach things with an entrepreneurial mindset and adopts a global shared services model focused on creating and delivering consistent customer onboarding experience and enablement. This includes BTP asset development, 1:Many session development and delivery, 1:1 customer interactions, and cross LoB alignment to ensure we're evangelizing & reinforcing the 'BTP everywhere' message across all solution areas throughout other applications' customer onboarding journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive & collaborate on the development of customer facing assets and best practices in alignment with other stakeholders inside and outside the direct team.Develop and drive 1:Many customer engagements focused on successful onboarding and activation of targeted customer segments.Onboard and orient customers to SAP BTP focusing on how to get started with the Data and Analytics pillar of BTP. Address challenges and questions to break through barriers inhibiting onboarding and adoption.Build internal network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your BTP focus area.Success will be measured by overall customer reach, engagement in onboarding activities and collaboration with other Customer Success groups for ongoing consumption planning and relationship management.REQUIRED SKILLSExperience working with external clients with ownership of account management, preferably as CSP/CSM, Consultant, or Presales, either within SAP BTP or other Platform-as-a-Service offerings.Functional knowledge of the SAP BTP portfolio with a strong focus on Data and Analytics offerings particularly SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere. Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud, BTP Cockpit, and Master Data Governance is a plus.Ability to identify and articulate critical differences between SaaS and PaaS offerings and the need for differentiated engagement approaches between the two in customer onboarding approaches.#J-18808-Ljbffr
