Descripción: We are currently looking for a Regional Pricing Manager for OLYMPUS located in Barcelona.
SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES Supervise the implementation of a structured 'Price & Discount Policies' across all BUs (including concept development, implementation and subsequent monitoring of sales force adaptation and business impact).
Organize regular price management reviews on a regional basis and work closely with European headquarters on price governance and compliance.
Work together with the business heads/product management to conduct periodic product price corrections and pricing reviews, based on evolving market situations, strategic orientation, and macroeconomic factors.
Consult product management to set appropriate product prices reflecting both local market dynamics and strategic guidelines defined together with either subsidiary and/or European organization.
Gather intelligence on competitors' pricing behavior and use it when deriving pricing decisions.
Ensure regional pricing guidelines (e.G., discount guidelines, delegation of authority, etc.)
are included correctly in the CRM system; shortcomings and changerequests will need to be brought to the attention of/ addressed with regional CRM content managers.
Review and update customer hierarchy definition in SAP to drive correct pricing cascade according to market needs.
Carry out price unification project in customer groups to implement strategy and ensure coherency.
Support commercial price models and quotation tool setup, utilization, and management within the OSFE framework.
Act as regional contact person for all pricing-related questions and assume the task to further educate the regional organization in all pricing-related topics.
