En BCN Talent Logistics, la consultoría de referencia en Adquisición y Gestión de Talento para la industria logística, estamos gestionando una posición vacante, vinculada al desarrollo e implementación de la política de pricing para servicios de transporte internacional marítimo y aéreo.

Se trata de una empresa transitaria, que ha experimentado un rápido crecimiento de su negocio, fruto de la aplicación de soluciones logísticas avanzadas y una prestación de servicio de alta calidad.

Por favor, revisa a continuación las principales funciones de la posición:

- Desarrollo e implementación de las políticas de pricing en la compañía, que ofrezcan una respuesta rápida a las solicitudes de cotización de los clientes, tanto para tráficos regulares como spot.
- Negociación con carriers, tanto en transporte marítimo como aéreo, para establecer unas mejores condiciones de compra óptimas, que aumenten el nível de competitividad del servicio en el mercado.
- Apoyo al departamento de Ventas en la búsqueda de soluciones para la cotización, tanto a clientes nacionales como a agentes internacionales
- Alineamiento y comunicación eficiente con el equipo de Pricing, así como otras áreas de la organización (Venta, Operaciones, Calidad, Marketing y Finanzas) para una implementación adecuada de las políticas en este ámbito.
- Uso adecuado de las herramientas de la compañía para el análisis de datos, el seguimiento de indicadores y la consecución de objetivos en el ámbito de responsabilidad de esta posición.
- Seguimiento de los programas de la compañía en materia de Compliance y Confidencialidad de Datos en todo aquello referente a la posición de Pricing Manager.
