**¿QUÉ HACE UN PRICING & OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER EN MANGO?**

Para nuestro equipo de Pricing seleccionamos un perfil de Responsable de Proyectos y Operaciones.

Tu misión será liderar, junto al apoyo de un Business Analyst a tu cargo, los proyectos de mejora en el equipo de Pricing que den apoyo a las distintas unidades de negocio y poder desarrollar las herramientas necesarias para transformar Mango en una empresa líder en la gestión de precios.

En tu día a día
- Construirás, priorizarás y mantendrás, junto con los responsables de negocio, el mapa de proyectos, iniciativas y oportunidades de mejora del Pricing en Mango
- Liderarás el desarrollo, gestión, lanzamiento e implantación de nuevos procesos de pricing y las herramientas necesarias para mejorar la gestión de precios de la compañía.
- Te responsabilizarás de la gestión, coordinación y presentación de múltiples proyectos, delegando la ejecución de proyectos al equipo de analistas de Pricing y realizando seguimiento continuo para la consecución de objetivos establecidos.

**¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?**

Pensamos en una persona que aporte alto conocimiento en Pricing, experiência en gestión de proyectos y coordinación equipos.
- Se requiere formación en Ingeniería, Economía o ADE y conocimientos en herramientas de BI
- Perfil analítico que aporte visión estratégica de negocio. Valorable experiência en consultoría, retail o entorno digital
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en la gestión de proyectos Negocio-BI-IT
- Capacidad de recoger, buscar, analizar con rigor, sintetizar información estratégica de forma estructurada para toma de decisiones.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, incluyendo la capacidad de explicar de manera sencilla.
- Capaz de establecer relaciones de colaboración y persuadir a los demás, siendo exigente en un entorno positivo y motivador.
- Capacidad para coordinar la elaboración de planes & proyectos de negocio/operativos.
- Capacidad de adaptación a un entorno complejo y sujeto constantemente al cambio.
- Habilidades en gestión de múltiples proyectos en entornos transversales, fijando prioridades con todo tipo de profesionales comerciales, técnicos y administrativos, integrando los recursos y realizando el seguimiento de manera adecuada en tiempo & coste.
- Buscamos personas entusiastas y con ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en un ambiente dinámico.
