Desde Claire Joster Selection, nos encontramos colaborando con una importante agencia de marketing y transformación digital, en la búsqueda de un Paid Media Specialist (SEM/Google Ads y Social Ads), con visión analítica y orientado a resultados, en Valencia.En tu día a día te encargarás de:Gestión de cuentas PPC y Paid Media (Google Ads y Social Ads).Implementar la estrategia SEM con Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. Planificación, ejecución y gestión de anuncios y campañas. Control de resultados y análisis de objetivos.Gestión de plataforma Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display and Video)Estrategias de RemarketingSocial Ads (Facebook + Instagram Ads, linkedin Ads)Monitorizar el CTR, mejoras y optimización del CPC y estrategias CRO.Manejar adecuadamente las herramientas SEM y analítica como SEMrush, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Data Studio, etcMedir e implantar en tracking en las páginas web para analizar la consecución de objetivos. Por lo que será necesario conocer herramientas como: Google Tag ManagerAnalizar e investigar los keyword research.Analizar la competencia de forma periódica.Solicitar creatividades y copies para las campañas.Estudiar las posibles penalizaciones.Marketing AutomationPara ser valorado/a en esta oferta, deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:Experiencia previa en roles de SEM/Paid Media (mínimo 2-3 años).Conocimientos avanzados de Google Ads, Social Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Google Analytics y Tag Manager.Formación: Paid Media/SEM/Digital Trafficker, Analítica Web, Marketing Digital, Publicidad, Comunicación Audiovisual, ADE, o carreras afines.Dominio de herramientas de monitorización, ej. SEM Rush.Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para interpretar datos para informar decisiones estratégicas. Ser autónomo para tomar decisiones.Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos.
