Job Overview We are looking for a Channel Partner Manager in France to develop and engage with channel partners to build brand awareness, drive revenue, and increase market share.
You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners.
You are expected to have solid lead-to-cash experience to better understand partners' needs and marketing requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven record of building the reseller and distributor network in the region.
Job Responsibilities Recruit new resellers in the region, mostly through reaching out to potential partners via in-person visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships and business with partners, including both resellers and system integrators.
Introduce Rocware brand and UCC products to our customers and new partners.
Drive and assist regional marketing activities by following our global marketing strategy.
Analyze the regional market's potential and collect valid product requirements.
Qualifications More than 5 years of experience in channel development or UCC relevant sales.Proficient in French and English.Relevant industry background like UCC, video conferencing, or related fields is a big plus.Bachelor's degree in business (or equivalent), engineering, or IT.Willingness to travel on demand for maximizing new business opportunities.A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a self-motivated character are essential for success.
