Our EMEA Sales Team is currently seeking a dynamic English-speaking Inside Sales Expert to join our team in beautiful Barcelona, Spain. Role description & responsabilities

As an Inside Sales Expert, your role will be crucial in helping companies accelerate their digital transformation and achieve success. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Driving Business Growth: Expand and accelerate our business in Western Europe by effectively aligning our solutions with customers' needs.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams including technical sales, customer success, marketing, business development, and sales operations.
- Sales Process Management: Conduct end-to-end sales engagements, transforming marketing and sales leads into opportunities, and managing weekly sales expectations and forecasts.
- Client Relationships: Engage with new prospects, reconnect with historical customers, and guide them through the journey from discovery to onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Negotiation and Compliance: Handle proposals, negotiations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with all company processes and regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of end-to-end sales experience.
- Knowledge or strong interest in Cloud and Saa S offerings.
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with renewals.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
