.At Finsolutia we're looking for a new Business Development & Partnership Manager for the Spanish Market to help us strengthen our position as technology experts in the mortgage lending journey.We are building up our mortgage partnership team so there are huge opportunities to define processes, grow and take part in the building of a new business unitReady to come aboard?We are committed to nurturing talent, fostering a vibrant company culture, and sharing our vision of how we can improve the journey of mortgage lending for organizations worldwide.What's your role in this journey?- Establish protocols to connect our mortgage intermediation platform to the main banks and lenders in Spain, highlighting the benefits for such institutions.- Coordinate the implementation of these integrations with the Product team.- Attract new mortgage intermediaries to join the platform and the service package of the group's credit intermediation network.- Promote the expansion and awareness of the platform in the Spanish market by attending trade fairs, generating demand, and creating campaigns.- Engage with mortgage business associations and all stakeholders, including regulators.- Be the key point of contact for several of our partners (lenders and intermediaries), holding regular meetings and keeping them updated on the product, finding solutions to specific problems that they may have.- Gather feedback from our partners on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities to further develop our partnership network.- Lead the growth of the internal and field sales team.- Collaborate with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Revenue, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership.What do we expect from you?- Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.- You have 3 to 4 years' experience in business development or partnerships in the banking sector, on a SaaS platform for SMEs, in a mortgage or property franchising network, or any digital-transformation environments.- You have a strong understanding of the mortgage lending landscape – technology, players, trends – and are well-connected in the mortgage sector.- You have a good grasp of technology, especially platform integrations, as well as a good ability to manage projects by defining priorities.- You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.- You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.- A native level of Spanish is required.- You are fluent in English.What are your bonus Points:- Experience with doing business with financial institutions, mortgage lenders, and mortgage brokers.- You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team (almost) from scratch.- You have experience working on a vertical SaaS platform with links to marketplaces, data providers, or banks
