Through close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and design teams, will ensure the value of the product is embedded in every customer interaction, from initial engagement to ongoing usage. The candidate will also analyze market trends and customer insights to adapt the product's positioning, enhance its market fit, and support revenue growth. Ultimately, they will act as a key ambassador for the product's value, ensuring its unique benefits are clearly understood and effectively communicated across all channels.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop an in-depth understanding of the Open Gateway product, its features, and capabilities to effectively communicate its value and story.
