.Nous recherchons un SEO Project Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe à Madrid Description du poste Contexte Le/la SEO Project Manager est intégré.E au département SEO France composé des équipes Énergie, Télécom et Finances & Assurances à Madrid. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe d'experts en SEO d'une dizaine de personnes. Votre objectif ? Développer les revenus générés par votre thématique. Pour cela, vous devrez faire croître le trafic qualifié de vos rubriques en créant des contenus web clairs, optimisés pour le SEO, ergonomiques et parfaitement documentés. Vous devrez également suivre les performances business et optimiser la conversion. Vos missions à accomplir Gestion de sites web et optimisation on-site Développement rapide de votre expertise afin de garantir la parfaite exactitude des contenus publiés. Élaboration et pilotage de la stratégie éditoriale (content planning). Identification des mots-clés à fort potentiel de trafic. Rédaction d'articles expert optimisés selon les règles SEO. Intégration des articles sur nos sites. Optimisation des contenus existants pour les rendre plus ergonomiques et améliorer leur référencement. Amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur et de la qualité des informations. Correction des bugs (éventuellement en lien avec l'équipe technique). Accompagnement sur la mise en place de suivi de performance et la réalisation de reportings. Veille des offres (tarifs, conditions, détails, promotions…). Après une période de formation, vous pourrez manager une équipe de plusieurs rédacteurs freelance : Attribution des articles à rédiger, briefing rédactionnel, correction des articles et suivi de leur intégration. Formation des freelances. Suivi de la facturation des freelances. Analyse technique d'un site web Réalisation de crawls à l'aide d'outils techniques et correction des erreurs soulevées (erreurs 4xx, redirections, etc.). Reporting et analyse des résultats mensuels du site. Analyses des monétisations et du marché afin de trouver la stratégie commerciale la plus performante (méthode A/B testing). Optimisation des éléments de monétisation par rapport au sujet du contenu et aux devices (smartphones, tablettes, ordinateurs). Suivi et analyse de la performance business de vos contenus. Faire un content gap pour trouver de nouvelles opportunités de mots-clés. Suivi de projet Suivi des appels/ventes et autres revenus générés par le fournisseur ou la thématique dont vous avez la responsabilité. Réalisation des tests et coordination avec les équipes concernées, pour optimiser la conversion et développer les revenus par tous les moyens, au-delà de vos propres contenus. Veille marché et concurrence (tarifs, tendances, législation). Profil Bac +5, excellence académique. Vous disposez d'excellentes qualités rédactionnelles : style clair et concis, orthographe irréprochable, usage de formulations spécifiques au marché, faculté à organiser logiquement des idées
